Problem Statement

How might we create a service that helps people by reducing their time cooking, without choosing the alternative option of pre made or fast food and at the same time be conscious with the environment.

Secondary Research

To start off, I looked into existing research material. The list of resources where books, articles, websites, etc. Using the information I gathered from these sources, I created maps that reflected my understanding.

Research Insights

Cooking is a form of nurturing. It can create bonds and its a form of self-care because it gives you a reward at the end and helps you feel satisfied with what you achieved

Cooking boosts your creativity and unwinding your creativity helps you feel better

Improves your quality of life, helping your body and mind stay healthy, as well as saving you money by not spending in take out

Service Blueprint

After gathering my research I decided to do a service blueprint to see the full picture of the ecosystem the user experiences, saw where I could introduce different touchpoints, and what was needed in the front and back stage of the service.

User Journey

I created a User Journey and pin pointed where the thouch-points would be introduced within the journey, also I mapped out every step to see what else could be optimized.

Competitive Analysis

Apart from researching what is the market based on fast food delivery, I researched and compared two main local companies that have similar services to Quick Prep

Features

After conducting secondary and primary research and doing the different mapping, I decided that having an app and different touch points where fundamental for Quick Prep.

Wireframes

After going through the sitemap I did wireframes to help me test the user experience before going forward with my visual design.

High Fidelity Prototype

Using the wireframes, I developed my high fidelity prototype. These screens went through many changes after going through the user testing and feedback sessions. I focused on the visual design based on the brand identity.
